Getting Started

How do I schedule an appointment?

What should I expect in my first session?
Your first session is an intake appointment where your therapist will gather information about your history, current concerns, and goals for therapy. This helps us create a personalized treatment plan for you.
How long are therapy sessions?
Individual therapy sessions are typically 45-50 minutes. Couples and family sessions may be longer, usually 60-90 minutes depending on the type of therapy.

Fees & Insurance

What are your fees?
Our fees vary depending on the type of service and therapist. Please contact our office for current rates. We strive to make therapy accessible and offer various payment options.
Do you accept insurance?

Do you offer sliding scale fees?

What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. We understand emergencies happen and will work with you on a case-by-case basis.

Is therapy confidential?
Yes, what you share in therapy is confidential and protected by law. There are limited exceptions involving safety concerns, which your therapist will explain during your first session.

We use HIPAA-compliant, encrypted video platforms for all telehealth sessions to ensure your privacy and the security of your personal health information.
